She took her time to listen to me she was empathetic to my friend’s Situation very patient with me while gathering the information she needed it was as though I was speaking to a friend not some random person taking information down her words were caring and warm just based off of the interaction with Sierra, I would strongly recommend this firm she was very reassuring because my friend only speak Spanish and she needs a translator and Sierra was very reassuring that a translator would be provided for my friend thank you, Sierra for making my me (my friend) feel validated

Waste of time months of requests for documents and medical records just to be told nothing they can or will do FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

This is the absolute worst Law firm to deal with. And I promise you that I would never in life use them again. I have been waiting for over 2 years to get paid on a slight fender bender for injuries, however Enterprise has already been paid. I agreed to a settlement that is too low in which they're taking more than half of. And they told me this was the best offer and that I shouldn't go to trial. With that attitude, I guess not. However Tesla already has accepted responsibility. I only accepted the deal because it's taking too long just to get a few dollars. And they nor I have not received payment as of this post. There's been NO communication from them unless I call them to find out any information. And don't think about leaving messages because they don't respond unless you make so sort of threat to leave their service. This firm has caused me more stress and strife than it's even worth. If you need a real lawyer that will fight for you to get you paid please DON'T use them. EVER.
