Don't do it. Find a better Firm. My daughter sustained major injuries in a car crash. Morgan & Morgan took 40 % of her claim. Basically half. Looks like these reviews have not been good since last year either from others too. Her attorney was changed during the year with little communication. They only went for the basic max on the policy. Very sad it is legal robbery. Go with an attorney that negotiates Rates.

I just called Morgan & Morgan about an injury that I sustained right before Thanksgiving. The representative was nice but they seemed to be not interested in my case and I refuse to help me. I didn't speak with an attorney didn't even get that far after the free consultation. I spent the better half of the holiday season with my arm in an air cast. I went through in speakable pain sleepless nights. Morgan the Morgan would not help me.

Mr. Boan represented my case recently and has shown me that he genuinely cares. His compassion and dedication towards my case has left me with a positive experience. We had a good outcome with my case and I was able to be reconnected with my daughter.

They told me they were reviewing my case. I had to call them weekly to check up on them and get an update. 3 weeks later said they couldn't take my case. Rep said they hadn't even finished my file so he put it back for consideration and still was told no RE: Talcum Powder claim

Don't use, they say no quick you don't speak to qn attorney only a paralegal and it depends on how the paralegal retells your story. Your voice is never heard.

I can vote, but Morgan & Morgan refuse to give me legal help for my disability. I guess people between the ages of 18 and 21 can’t/don’t need legal help. I’ll will be suffering without a lawyer for my case because lawyers will not fight for uncommon disabilities. I was really hoping to get help from them because they have, “over 500 lawyers ready to take a case”. I wish they could’ve actually helped me, but instead after telling them my birthdate they asked for all of my personal information (which I don’t enjoy giving out) just to tell me no? I gave them my date of birth from the start so why after I give them all my information they say, “we don’t help minors”? Even that isn’t legally correct. I’m 18 and I guess I don’t deserve the same legal treatment as everyone else. Their operators have no clue how to address transgender individuals either. You would think for as large of a legal firm that is they’d have represented all types of people, but all I got ignorance and “I’ll do my best”. You guys should know better. Unprofessional.

I understand that in this world certain felonies are viewed with more morality than other but a law firm is the last place you expect discrimination. Need to change the slogan to for certain people.
