This law firm gives sound and honest advice. They treat you with respect and don't rush you out the door. Bottom line, exceptional representation!

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I used them before and never had results like this.This time wasn’t the same as last time I used them. My accident was about early October and finished therapy about end of October.After 4 months of them telling me they were waiting on medical bills I got them myself for them and they still charged me for getting bills they didn’t get.They told me 90 days after they summit the bills things should be settled. They called Feb 1st saying the bills were submitted. So about end of July things still haven’t settled.They don’t call me with update and wen I call them they say the same thing “We’re waiting for the adjuster.” Or it should be about 2 more weeks” which has been MONTHS NOW. So finally they get an offer which is HORRIBLE but because of all I was dealing with I accepted to end the wait. They told me about 14 days and I should receive a check. STILL NOTHING! Then I call and they tell me oh we need a release from you then it should be about 14 days! Ok! Did the release and another 20 days Still no check. I call they say oh your check is sitting on Mitch’s desk you can come tomorrow. Now in late August So I ask for Mitch personally. What a rude man. Doesn’t sympathize or show care or concern just seems to rush talk you and say nothing in circles. I don’t feel that they reached out to the adjuster and tried setting my case. I felt that my case wasn’t important because it wasn’t a high dollar case and I felt they pushed it to the side. I won’t ever use them again. This auto accident has been dragged out for almost a year and the other person claimed responsibility for everything and I did the work of getting all the medical bills and sending them to them. So why this couldn’t be settled in a timely manner is crazy. It’s been no real communication from them only me calling getting the run around. Very unprofessional and I Wouldn’t recommend them EVER!
