Lack of communication and responsiveness in some cases
“I can't never get in contact with whoever supposed to handle my case !!!!! I haven't talk to these people since I made them my lawyers and it's been over 6 months !!!!! I call weekly for someone to tell me they gonna contact me and never do !!!!!”
