My wife and I were involved in an accident in July of 2018. Unfortunately, my wife was badly injured. We called Mr. Jonathan Yoffe. He handled our case in a professional manner with a substantial outcome. We strongly recommend Jon and thank him for a job well done.

From day one Mr. Yoffe Wanted to understand my needs and act according to how I needed to be represented. I was badly injured, multiple broken bones, life-changing injuries that needed the right compensation. Jon understood that I did not want a small pittance from the insurance company. He was with me while I was holding out on multiple offers from the insurance company. All the while helping me make an educated decision on whether the offer was fair or unfair. When finally the right offer came through, Jon explain to me how these cases are rated and with that information I felt that I got a fair settlement. He called me many times over the 20 something month period and was easy to get into contact with (something I value due to past experiences with attorneys).

At a time when I was overwhelmed after a car accident, the best decision I made was to have Jon Yoffe represent me. He was able to clearly explain what to expect in the process of filing a claim and I could trust that he would take care of everything on the back end, to the best of his ability. I could rest easy and focus on recovering from my injuries while he took care of the claim and negotiations. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the lengthy process of my claim, but it resulted in a settlement that I thought was fair and representative of my pain and suffering. He was very helpful in my case. Was able to explain everything to me when I had a hard time understanding. Whenever I sent an email or called he was able to get back to me as soon as possible. He always fought for me and helped me make the best decisions. My outcome was very good because of Jon. He is the best lawyer to have.

I got into an accident back in January 2020. This year has been very stressful for me but when it came to my accident I didn't have to worry and stress at all. Let me start out by saying that Jonathan is AMAZING! Jonathan has helped me with 2 auto accidents and in both cases we were victorious. The second one actually went to trial and I was very nervous but Jonathan reassured me that the truth will prevail, and he was right.
