Such disappointment only take cases for age 18yr or over took all my information if they were going to help

Ben is one of the best attorneys I know. He is extremely intelligent and competent, but he is also a really nice guy and does a great job making his clients feel comfortable while their case is ongoing. I could not give a higher recommendation than I am giving for Ben.

I am very disappointed with the quality of time I was given on my case. My phone calls were never returned unless I continued to call over and over again. For many months I sat and waited for information on my case, finally I received a hearing date at that point I was told I would hear from an attorney to go over my case two weeks before my scheduled hearing date I called because I had never heard from anyone to know what I was going up against. One the day of my hearing I was told to be there a half hour early to meet with my attorney just to sit and wait and never see anyone until going into my hearing room. At that point the attorney started going through my file it was apparent to me he had never even reviewed my folder. I pretty much had no help from my attorney at all. I finally got my decision and it was denied. After two years this is so upsetting, know I am being told they might not even decide to appeal my decision and keep my case. So now I am starting over. If you want an attorney that's going to keep you updated or put much effort into your case I do not recommend this firm.

I was ill for several years when eventually in 2012 I ended up in the the hospital for the entire summer of 2012. Scott London and his team took on my case for disability and won. They were attentive to my needs, answered any questions that I had and did an excellent job with the handling of my case. I would and have recommended others to this legal team. Thanks Mr. London.
