“After review of my case, Mr. Orlando perceived that I could be in fault due to Maryland law which states if a driver is established in a lane they have the right no matter if they hit the other driver. This was my case except for the other driver was never established in the lane, and so I try calling and even send proof of pictures to Mr. Orlando via text but he never again answered my calls or returned my text Message's.”
