Absolutely the best!!! I had Bobby as my attorney and he and every staff member of the staff that I dealt with were great! After dealing with the headaches of being denied surgery, I hired them, and they took care of everything. They explained everything and answered every question I had. These are my friends that happen to be my attorneys for almost 20 years. I had a really bad work accident 21 years ago. I had two different lawyers before Mitch the first two years. I could never get either on the phone, like never. And never got my calls returned either. When you’re hurt, going through a major trauma and out of work for 9 months it’s very stressful. I was told the process would take 90 days after the physical therapist released me. Went on vacation thinking they said 90 days. I get back after a week in Cancun and now they say 6 months. No one calls with updates to tell me about my settlement. I have a hard time getting answers. I wish I never called to handle my case. The adjuster told me I can take my car anywhere I want. While the lawyers told me they didn’t admit fault when they already accepted it. This case is from December 4th to present. My birthday is in a couple weeks. They still haven’t spoken to the adjuster.
