I didn't expect at all to be in a criminal situation and didn't know what to do. It is unfortunate to be dragged into something you don't want to be apart of but there are people, like Mr. Kadish who is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft and his team who are polite and understanding, to help you along the way. I can not say enough positive things about Mitch and his Law team. First, I was shocked at the amount they were able to secure for me after my injury. Shockingly, 300% more than expected. Secondly, their communication was superb and always swift. Third, I did not have to do any leg work and they defended my case superbly. If you need a workman’s compensation attorney, you would be silly to have anyone else represent you other than Mitch Gordon Law. I can’t imagine any reason someone would choose another law firm because you would be throwing money down the drain.

Very unprofessional, unethical and arrogant and costly lawyer. He didn’t even let me to freely express my concern and yet he hung up on me while I was not even finish talking. Find you someone who can actually listen to you thoroughly and care enough!

IF YOUR CASE ISN'T A HUGE MONEY SETTLEMENT, YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE BRUSHED TO THE SIDE AND PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT ON OCTOBER 27, 2023. IT IS NOW, JUNE 26, 2024. I HAVE HAD TO DO ALL OF THE CALLING. JOANNE, THE ACCIDENT PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL, HAS NOT BEEN VERY HELPFULL AT ALL. I RECEIVED NO CALLS TO UPDATE ME ON ANYTHING OR TO LET ME KNOW IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT I NEEDED TO DO. SHE DIDN'T RETURN MY CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER, SO I HAD TO CALL TO SPEAK TO MITCH. THEN SHE STARTED RETURNING MY CALLS. I HAD TO REMIND HER THAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY HAD INFORMED ME THAT THE OTHER DRIVERS ISURANCE COMPANY ACCEPTED LIABILITY FOR THE ACCIDENT AND THAT I WAS ISSUED A CHECK IN FEBRUARY 2024, REIMBURSING ME FOR MY DEDUCTABLE. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THEY NEEDED CERTAIN FORMS COMPLETED. I HAD MY HR REP FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS, COMPLETE FORMS FOR LOST WAGES. HE SUBMITTED THEM TO JOANNE ON MAY 3, 2024, VIA EMAIL AND I RECEIVED A COPY. I WAITED A WHOLE MONTH. I CALLED HER BACK ON JUNE 3, 2024, ONLY TO HEAR HER CLAIM THAT SHE NEVER RECEIVED IT. I RE-SENT HER WHAT HE SENT BOTH OF US. THEN SHE TELLS ME THAT SHE NEEDS A COPY OF MY ORIGINAL ER BILL FROM MERCY HOSPITAL. IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES I WENT INTO MY CHART TO RETREIVE THE ER BILL. THE WHOLE TIME SHE IS ACTING AS IF THEY WERE WAITING ON ME. NOW THE BALL IS SUPPOSEDLY ROLLING. I'M WAITING TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE. NOTHING. I CALLED YESTERDAY, JUNE 25, 2024, AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO MITCH. HE TELLS ME THAT THE OTHER DRIVER WAS UNDER INSURED. I EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS WITH NOT BEING PROPERLY INFORMED ON ANY UPDATES AND HE PRETTY MUCH TALKED OVER ME. I THINK I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT. I WORK FOR THE COURTS AND I HAVE WORKED FOR A PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY BEFORE. I FEEL LIKE I'M WORKING MY OWN CASE. I WAS REFERRED TO THIS FIRM BY 2 RETIRED POLICE OFFICERS WHO WORK WITH ME AND HAD USED THEM. I TOLD BOTH OF THEM TO STOP REFERRING PEOPLE TO THEM FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND I DEFINATELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
