You are very welcome Tonya. You earned it!!! Too often people fail to commend individuals when they deliver great customer service. However, they may be quick to write about a negative experience. Regrettably I am not up to speed with posting. Do you have a company policy that prohibits you from posting at the customer's request? If so I completely understand. It was just important to me to let you know the impact and impression you made on me . interaction.

A few months ago I had contacted Yost Law Firm regarding a defective hip surgery that went horribly wrong. I spoke to this wonderful, amazing woman by the name of Tanya. Not only did she take her time with me regarding my situation but she was so kind and patient. We need more Tanya's in this world! It saddened me that the law firm doesn't work with my type of situation. Tanya, told me if she could ever help me to call or text her. Mr. Yost, you have a "Diamond" in your office and I hope you know this. She's definitely a hugh asset to your law firm!

They couldn't take my case but they were extremely helpful in orienting me. Every other law firm I talked to just said, "Nope."

After dealing with the Yost legal Group i don’t think I will ever use another lawyer again. They make some of the worst situation in your life better by providing support and total understanding. I had a very niche legal issue where my car was trapped in a partially collapsed parking garage. I’ve contacted many law firms to inquire about possible options or recommendations. Not only was Yost the ONLY firm to have a lawyer call me, but they got back to me the same day. The lawyer called and truly listened to my issue, even though he knew it wasn’t something they could help with. He tried to think of other solutions or referrals. Meanwhile other law firm’s would take my information and never get back to me OR their receptionist would cut me off, say they couldn’t do it and hang up before I could get a word out. While Yost was unable to take on my case they didn’t write me off and I think it is telling of how they would handle cases they can take on.

Yost Legal Group, specifically Bruce Powell, was responsible for winning a civil case that I honestly didn't think I had a chance of winning and receiving any compensation. Anyone can understand that morally, I was due these funds, however, I did not really expect such an outcome. While the award pales in comparison to the injuries and damage, Bruce was able to obtain a life-changing payout. I've always struggled financially, and the unfortunate circumstances behind the case was a devastating blow, however, this award has provided financial security that I have never had and has changed the trajectory of my family. Long live Bruce Powell and Yost Legal Group!
