Steve entered a delicate situation involving complex business (and personal) relationships and handled the situation with a delicacy and diplomacy that I did not think was possible. He made a deal that we wanted happen when we thought there was no hope because of his deep experience and knowledge in these business situations. I believe our transaction was a lot richer for us because of insights and ideas that he had when we were negotiating this huge deal. He has my strongest recommendation.
