Miller & Zois, LLC is very dedicated Law Firm to its clients. Every staff you come across within this Law Firm is very professional and pleasant. The respect you get from their tone over the phone and through interactions with any individual is something that is beyound my explanations. The Law Firm will keep you updated and really you do not need to call them when they are handling your case. They will update you when you actually need it. This is Law Firm that I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone with any accident injuries case. I retained attorney Reza Devani and the law practive of Miller & Zois for car accident injury. Let me start by saying Mr. Devani is unequivocally the best attorney I have had the please to work with. After several offers from the insurance company to settle pre-trial which I found unacceptable based on the extent and damage caused by the injuries I suffered, after several informative discussions/consultations with Mr. Devani regarding my possible options I decided to take the case to trial. It was during this process that I was fortunate to work with an attorney that was not only passionate about my case but also approached it with the utmost sense of urgency and meticulousness. Mr. Devani was well prepared for the trial and did an excellent task of preparing me and my family for what we anticipated would be a stressful process. I was thoroughly impressed by his legal acumen, level of legal research, professionalism and tact. His level of preparation and execution of my case during the trial was impeccable!! I was in a car accident in PG County in 2014. I was stopped, waiting to merge onto a fairly busy road and was rear ended. I contacted the police, drove my car home and decided where or not to receive a medical examination. After being examined by multiple medical personnel, It was determined I suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a direct result of my accident. Due to an extensive history of concussions in addition to the moderate level TBI, my doctors used thorough examinations, tests and multiple therapies in an attempt to help me again reach my pre-accident baseline. The medical professionals were helping me heal my body, but I needed someone to help heal my mind and lower my anxiety about how I was going to pay for the procedures. And also the hope that I would be able to recover money from the accident after all of my bills were paid; the car accident in 2014 fully consumed my time, effort and money Fortunately I was working with Miller & Zois. They are the most compassionate and skilled firm of lawyers I’ve ever had the privilege to come across. When I contacted the office all employees knew who I was and would enquire after me. Many years ago running my business I got sued. I had a negligent employee back up into someone using my vehicle. It was a terrible situation for me. As with many lawsuits today I was being sued far above any reasonable damage and claims of injuries. I talked with Ron about my situation and explained everything.
