All the good reviews here about this guy that are recent have to be fake, hes not a serious defense attorney. I tried to deal with him it was horrible. When it became apparent that David Greenbaum couldn't handle a marijuana charge in a state with legal weed that gives out medical permits, which i had. I was forced to fire him and higher Richard karceski. David Greenbaums actual response, "oh wow you got a really good lawyer, everyone knows him, how were you able to reach him, hes Ray Lewis defense attorney." So Serious warning anout David Greenbaum! Not a real defense attorney, maybe a parking ticket or something you could almost do yourself. This guy is terrible. The case will get way out of hand you do not want him. I almost went to prison over weed because I hired this clown. I fired him and got a real lawyer richard karceski. richard Got me pbj for something based off medical marijuana poession David said I was going to prison for. This guy is not a good lawyer. Seriously he's a joke, not a competent defense attorney, He talks big and bad in his office. He gets to court and kind of sounds like a fart on your behalf. If you have the money higher Richard karceski, it's not like David works for free, a free public defender is better then Greenbaum! If you want to go to prison hire this fool And do what he says! Because when you're standing in front of the judge and this guy doesn't fight for you at all. You will believe every word I am saying! After the fact david actually had the nerve to walk up to richard in court and say something ignorant about me and say I put a bad review about him. Which hurts his business. My current lawyer insisted I leave it up So everyone sees how he treats people.
