Cons
1
Potential unwillingness to take on certain cases or provide explanations for declining representation
“I was told to contact my local health department and bar association although one would know during COVID, THEY ARE CLOSED!!! I pressed the matter questioning is this how a consultation is performed, meaning an intake coordinator who has admitted she IS NOT a lawyer and or an attorney, can tell me why a case can not be taken before providing the consultation as well as providing what I took as LEGAL ADVICE.”
2
Slow legal process and lengthy timelines for case resolution
“Just be prepared, the wheels of justice move slow, not his fault.”
