Had a bad Property Manager who allowed 5 single persons to occupy our home. They destroyed it. Military members made this complicated as they left and went to the 4 corners of the planet. Ian and team stuck with us over 3 years to hold the tenants accountable. Covid-19 actions over the last two years were not helpful to our effort as the court system went to a snails crawl to deal with cases In the end, Ian presented our case to the courts in a polished approach and fortunately, we won.
