Atty Valkenet is a very straight forward kind of guy. Very knowledgeable, honest and to the point. No sugar coating. Provided key details as to why this situation would be a very difficult situation. Even though not exactly what we were hoping to hear, we respect his insight and direction. We are going to review some information so that we can make an informed decision on how/if we would to proceed. If needed in the future, we will give him a call and we would not ever want to me on the opposite side of the court room.

To have an attorney write and basically "hey ,you don't need an attorney at this stage" felt not just good,but refreshing. There are good, trust worthy,moral attorney's out there folks,Thomas C .Valkenet proves it. Highly recommend.

Mr. Valkenet gave me a great initial consultation over the phone and really took the time to listen to me. I had spoken with several other lawyers about my situation before finding Mr. Valkenet, but none of them
