Mr. Reichert initiated and processed a warranty deed for me. Stephen guided me through the process and the deed was updated in a seamless and timely manner. He provided me with a copy of the finalized deed and warned me about the potential of scams where copies of the deed could be acquired for a fee.

I needed to update the deed for my house. I hoped to do it myself, but it turned out that the process is not straightforward even for a relatively simple change. Luckily for me, Stephen took care of everything and made the process very easy and quick! He told me upfront how much everything, including the county filing fees, will cost and explained the process. Everything was done in under 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend Stephen to anyone.

Stephen did an awesome job staying in touch with me, even when we had to delay start of services to extinguish ground rent! He worked to make it a seamless (virtual) process - I never had to leave my house to get started or to finish. I plan to definitely use him again.
