Amy has represented members of my family for over 30 years. Due to a conflict of interest, she was unable to assist my niece with her requests and directed her to seek other counsel.

William was always there to answer any questions that I had. He was very efficient and got all the paperwork filed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

I really don’t even like to leave negative reviews, however I don’t want anyone in need of professional legal help , to experience the neglect we did. I regret any and all time, money and trust our families contributed in supporting this individual and her business. I award no stars to Amy Seifert, her business or firm. (Google requires to select 1 star just to leave a review, but she doesn’t even deserve that). After 30+ years business relationship between our family and Amy, something as simple as contracting Amy to make an update to an existing Will, was too much to ask of her. Amy led us on for two months not returning phone calls (only 1 time , when I was direct in asking if she “would still like to do business?”, which she replied that she “did want to.” Amy is an absolute phony when it comes to her personality and promises. Ultimately I sought out another lawyer entirely. The lack of communication and unwillingness to be honest in her intentions to string us along , after decades of established loyalty to her is disgusting and disappointing . Please I implore you , FIND ANYONE ELSE.

I would give her zero if I could. She has had my fathers estate for 8 years and I cant ever talk to her.. Never answers or call back. Eight years she has had the money and we are still in the same spot..

I would (and will) recomend to anyone who needs help with child custody. Will (Rodowsky) is an amazing lawyer. They make you feel welcome and you can tell they really care, which I don't know I can say about any other lawyer.

Several years ago Mom and I contacted Ms. Seifert to write a new will. We met with her several times and she and her office did exactly what was requested. Mom was in her very late 80's at the time and reasonably clear headed but wandered and chatted a bit. Ms. Seifert was patient, never spoke down to Mom, always made sure she was a part of the decision making process. She suggested, correctly, that we also update the legal and medical powers of attorney, because as they age, some institutions question them. Neither Mom, nor I knew this and as time went on, her advise was excellent. The ONLY REASON i RATED HER LOWER ON "KEEPING IN TOUCH" IS WHEN i TRIED TO CALL HER NUMBER TODAY, THE NUMBER WAS OUT OF SERVICE. iT HAS BEEN SEVERAL YEARS, BUT PERHAPS WHEN CHANGING CONTACT INFORMATION A BLANKET PHONE CALL OR POSTCARD MAILING WOULD BE GOOD. Wills last a long time.
