Great lawyer , very professional and punctual. Knows what he is doing and works very precise and gets the ball rolling on your case. I’d recommend Brian for any of your needs. He genuinely cares about you and wants to help you out and get things resolved quickly and fairly. Great lawyer in my opinion.

My car was totalled one day going in to work, and it was a car I had spent a lot of time on restoring and getting it back into shape. It was a great loss for me but Kevin at Miller & Stern was able to make the entire process of getting compensated much easier and kept me up to date on the entire process. The fees were more than fair and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the same unfortunate spot to contact them.

This man is rude and a liar! He told me the insurance company and lawyers were not answering and they both told me that they have not contacted them. These people completely dropped the ball. I had to come in twice. I have video proof of how this man talked to me and treated me after I have proof and he admitted multiple times that his company dropped the ball. They are not compassionate! They don’t care. He looked at me like i was incompetent. How do you settle a case without all the information? All the bills? And without calling the client to make sure they agree with the settlement? Even if it’s $5! I have rights!! Today I go up there to see how did they settle without all documents and this man Mr.Bishop who was very rude for the second time (I have both meetings on video and I recorded our phone conversation) decided he wanted to drop me as a client today. His company has had my files since October and nothing at all was done unless I made them do it. I think they pay people to write reviews or something. Or maybe it’s his own employees writing these reviews because I wish I could say something nice. I wish.

I have 2 cases there now and it’s been months. No response and barely any communication back. I’m dealing with so much and can’t get any assistance. I had to go in there today just to make them give me an appointment with the guy in charge. I will never deal with them again!!!!! It’s Friday and still can’t sit down with him until Tuesday. They took so long to do anything about my cases that the other party (who was wrong) filed against me first. Then they act like they can’t get in contact with anyone on my end (my witness and his lawyer). The lady Debbie is so unprofessional! She called me three weeks ago saying she would call me right back to assist me with loans, NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Then I called for a week and a half and she just called me back today Friday stating the same thing she stated three weeks ago. NO PROGRESS NO CHANGE NO help with loans NOTHING!!! I tell them names of people I’ve been emailing their response “Abigail doesn’t work here anymore….or that Debbie is out for personal reasons or this or that” LOOK it’s been months! I want to switch my second case SO BAD without them getting any type of compensation. I’m also reaching out to BBB and any other platform that shows how professional, prompt and caring a business can be….because this business is NOT IT!!! And for the customers stating their caring and loving and prompt……well what company you’ll went too?? Because it can’t be the Bishop Law Group. Nothing about them is prompt loving or caring. It’s crazy because after my experience and being so upset and crying on the phone to my sister she said I wish you would’ve told me that’s where you went. I used them years ago and they were horrible. So this is not just my experience.
