I used Doug after my previous choices failed and I’m absolutely not disappointed in the slightest. Doug is very honest and to the point, he was also great at explaining everything to me when I had no clue what was happening.

A real professional who actually cares. Expect the degree of empathy that you deserve without the blowing of smoke in unauthorized places. Doug and his firm represented me on multiple occasions. He effectively defended me on both occasions. He studied my documentation and reviewed case law to come up with an effective strategy on a case that statistically would not go in my favor. I was in awe watching Doug be the prosecutor in defending false and outrageous accusations made against me. Doug methodically counter each of the allegations with facts, showed that the allegations against me were baseless and effectively demonstrated that the plaintiff was the aggressor. Mr.douglas Robert Dolan is by far the best lawyer in the state of Maryland..he took care of me all the way till the end !!he has gotten me the best outcome in my criminal case that no other lawyer said I could win..please go make an appointment with him A.S.A.P..

I really appreciated Mr. Dolan and his urgency to get things accomplished for me in a timely manner. He got me the best possible outcome as promised, even better than what we expected. Not to mention, he answered all of my calls even when he was at court. He made sure to check on me frequently and give me updates. I couldn’t have picked a better lawyer. I would hire him again if I need to (hopefully I won’t need to) but I highly recommend him. He knows a lot about law, considering he was a prosecutor himself. He doesn’t try to sugarcoat anything and he made that very clear during the consultation. Not only did he help me, but he helped my boyfriend get the best possible outcome as well, and he didn’t have to do that. I have a tough work schedule which makes if difficult for me to meet with him during regular business hours, but he still met with me outside hours. I was very lucky to have found him.
