I highly recommend to use Frank Benvenuto! Both him & his secretary were knowledgeable and helpful. Frank helped my husband with a recent DUI case and made everything as easy as possible. Frank even answered his personal phone when I called him on a Saturday morning worried what to do.

Mr. Benvenuto assisted me with my legal case regarding a DUI. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful throughout the entire process. Not once did I ever feel left in the dark or had any questions unanswered while I was using his services. For any questions I had, I was able to reach out to either him or his legal assistant Jennifer to find answers. They were very speedy to respond to me and get my questions answered. They kept the process very straight forward and gave me guides of what steps to take to ensure my legal process would go about smoothly. I cannot thank him and his legal assistant enough. Jan 2022 driving in snow/ice I lost control of my car and ended up in a ditch. Unfortunately, I just left a friends 50th Birthday Celebration. Needless to say I was charged with a DUI and numerous other charges. Having 2 previous DUIs from 20+ years ago I was facing up 12 months in prison. The search for an attorney began. Google, Yelp, Facebook, Court Directories all give so many options your head starts to spin. I basically played meany miny moe and Frank was the 1st call. He personally answered on the 2nd ring and I was sitting in his office an hour later. Frank developed a plan and I left with a to-do checklist and a sense of relief that everything would be ok. For the next several months Jennifer checked on my progress and made sure I was doing my part of the bargain (which I was). The week of the trail I was sweating bullets my whole life wrapped up in one bad decision. Frank and Jennifer both insured me to relax and trust the system. Easier said then done but it was my only choice. Trust the system! I ended up receiving 2yrs probation and a $457 fine. My advice to anyone in a similar situation, 1st would be call an Uber , 2nd (if you forgot #1) hire Frank. Do your part and let Frank and Jennifer do theirs. Honestly they saved my life as I know it. Stopping searching and call them now.

Frank and his staff are very interactive and professional. They go above and beyond what is expected and work diligently on the case. They genuinely care about representing their clients. I would highly recommend this firm.

I was amazed with the endresult Mr. Benvenuto gave me during my court case. He defended me as a client, answered every question I had and gave the best suggestions. Overall I thank him and his assistant Jennifer for everything they did.

Let me just start by saying that frank and his team went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. The outcome of my case was nothing short of miraculous. I had been charged with 4+ charges ranging from D.U.I, CDS possession NOT marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident, and multiple weapons charges. Needles to say it was not my best night and with my current criminal record which sadly includes 2 felonies and not to mention the felony parole I am currently on and was at the time I obtained these new charges I was obviously extremely nervous on how this would all work out but I put my trust into frank and his team and thank god I did. Thanks to them #1 I am not serving any jail time I walked out of the courtroom a free man. #2 EVERY SINGLE CHARGE ACCEPT FOR 1 was completely dismissed. The one charge that i had remaining was DUI. Unfortunately the state wanted some jail time and probation at the very minimum for that last charge of DUI, now please keep in mind that this alone would have been an outstanding result with all the evidence that was against me and my prior criminal record…. BUT somehow frank and his team yet again worked their magic and not only was no jail time issued, only a “probation before judgement” and 40 hours of community service and to top it all off I was pled NOT GUILTY on that last remaining charge as well. They have done nothing short of saving my life as I now know it today and thanks to them it will be staying that way. I have dealt with quite a few lawyers in my life and many much more expensive than what frank and his team charged me for their services and they BY FAR put much more work and effort into resolving this issue for me than any other attorney I have worked with you will not find anyone to work harder for you at getting the best result possible and apparently even beyond that as he did for me. In my opinion If you are in a legal bind it would simply be a mistake not to go straight to franks office and hire him immediately you too will thank yourself for doing so just as I am still doing to this day. To end this review I just want to say to frank and his whole team THANK YOU GUYS! You more than kept your word to me from the beginning that you would fight for the best resolution in my case and achieved something far better than I ever imagined possible. I could go on and on with all the other little things they helped me worked through in this process but I simply don’t have the space to list it all. I was involved in an auto accident and had serious spinal injuries, due to someone else's negligence. I had another Attorney working my case for a year, and she was awful. Then someone referred me to Frank Benvenuto. He saw me the same day that i called. Frank listened with a genuine compassion and concern, and was so genuine that i fired my old attorney and hired him on the spot. He guided me through another 3 years of procedures, and checked in on me often. His Legal Assistant, Jennifer Furbay, was priceless as well. They put up with my calls and short notice office visits and always answered my questions when i called. There was never a time when they had to return a call to me. They always answered the phones. I recommend Frank Benvenuto as often as i can. His team is incomparable.
