As a CDL licensed driver while on vacation at Assateague Island camping. I was pulled over by Maryland state police. Frank and his assistant Jennifer went way above and beyond to keep my CDL. He has been in this business for a long time. They're truly caring people. He got me the results that I needed to keep me working. Highly recommended!

On New Year's of 2020, I was heavily intoxicated and arrested in Ocean City, Maryland and charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, and assault. Frank Benvenuto worked diligently with the prosecutor to ensure my record and reputation were not ruined over ONE night (mistake). Serving in the USAF, this could very well have ruined my career, but Frank was able to provide an excellent outcome. Instead of getting probation or jail time, I got 25hrs of community service & because of this outcome, I get to remain in the Air Force. I highly recommend Frank if you also made a mistake that should not define who you are.
