I hired Evan Goitein to represent me in a lawsuit against my Home-Owner Association. He was my second lawyer for this case, and I had wasted a lot of money on my first lawyer, who did not get much work accomplished. Mr. Goitein immediately put me at ease. He is very competent, strategic, and reliable. I trusted him completely. He is also compassionate and I could see that he actually cared about my case and getting the best outcomes for me. I couldn't recommend him enough. While I hope that I will never need a lawyer again, I would definitely go back to Mr. Goitein if I needed legal advice.
