Brandon is the best lawyer! He is very knowledgeable. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to prevail in my custody and divorce case against my VERY high-conflict ex-spouse. Brandon was always prepared when we had to go to court. His strategies were on point. He also played the role of P.I. to get information on my ex-spouse, which helped him crucify my ex-spouse during cross-examinations. Brandon's fees were reasonable when compared to other attorneys. His exceptional service was worth every penny. Furthermore, Brandon's character showed that he was not like other attorneys who only care about getting paid. He showed me compassion when I was struggling emotionally during some parts of the process. I cannot thank Brandon and his team enough for all of their efforts in helping me get a successful outcome. I hired Mr. Bernstein after interviewing several other attorneys. He came across very empathetic and honest from the first minute I consulted with him. It was the best choice in my life hiring him as my divorce attorney (after I made the worst choice marrying my ex husband.. ) My divorce case was a mission impossible in the beginning, but Mr. Bernstein took his time leading me through different strategies from mediation to suggesting other experts to move my case forward. He has been kind and available any time I had any concerns. I am naturally an overthinker, but he has helped me to decide when to compromise in a way that best serves my case. Brandon Bernstein did a great job working my case. It was awesome having a lawyer with smart and winning strategies represent me, a father in Montgomery County. He navigated me through a 2 ½ year custody case that ended up granting me primary physical custody and joint legal custody with “tie breaker" authority. Brandon was always super-prepared, worked well with my daughter’s Best Interest Attorney and judges and remained steadfast through many frivolous appeals, digging to prove perjurious statements and identifying improper relationships with other adults in my daughter's life. He was constantly available to address my questions and concerns and provided excellent advice about what evidence to gather and how to counter hostile actions that otherwise would’ve hurt my case. From the first free consultation phone call we had, Brendon was very attentive to all the details I was trying to provide him and had an healthy skepticism that guided me to the best deal I could possibly desired. Even tho he says what it is I never felt pushed to take any decision that I didn’t feel comfortable to take. I feel he genuinely care about my children so we could have the best outcome. I had a long and complicated divorce and Brandon was exceptional throughout. First, he showed a great deal of sensitivity and empathy for the emotionally difficult situation of divorce. And great knowledge of the law and how the system works. He never pushed an aggressive position or sought to run up the bill. Over the yearlong process Brandon tried for the a negotiated settlement but when that didn't work he was able to move more aggressively to put us in a good posture (which evenutally resulted in a good result through mediation). I would recommend him without hesitation.

Brandon is a phenomenal attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, kind, patient, honest, and all around just an excellent person. He helped me through a very tough time - both legally and as a generally supportive resource. And as others have said, he is very honest with billing. I’d recommend him to anyone (at least to anyone I care about).
