I am highly recommending Brendan as a lawyer for the green card application. I contacted more than 10 lawyers in different states for initial interviews. I decided to hire Brendan for the following 3 main reasons: 1. His availability to discuss my case. Brendan was always highly responsive either by phone or email he got back to me same or next day. It was very to work with him and his team even being thousand miles apart. 2. His flexibility. Brendan treated my case as a specific situation and not a generic case. He provided advice specific to my case regarding type of letter and advisor. He is surrounded by a team of paralegal who is as efficient as he is 3. Brendan went beyond just being available for filling my case. He provided me with continuous support (even after filling) and official documents that I was requiring before receiving my final approval. Those documents were instrumental to get approval for independent not directly related application. My case was filed concurrently in the NIW category. After 2 months and a half I received my travel and work authorization. The approval of the I140 was received 8 months after the initial filing (within the predicted processing time by Brendan during our initial conversations).
