I wish that I had enough writing space to express just how competent and skilled Brian Loffredo has been with respect to my legal matter. Brian came to me as a highly regarded referral and I first reached out to him in the midst of a very busy holiday week. Even with that being the case, Brian returned my call immediately. I gave him a pretty tall order, which required a very quick turnaround. I requested that he review a franchise disclosure, document, as well as a franchise agreement within a very tight window of time.
