This firm has a very efficient and professional team for any immigration service, such as I-485 service and so on. I just need to upload all documents copies and review the draft online. Then they will print out all the things and file it to USCIS. It just cost several work days and I just paid half compared to other firms. I strongly prefer this firm.

My Wife and I hired Frank & Delaney Immigration Law to help us with our Green Card application process. For those who have no time: Adam is extremely good lower, professional, and, most important, a good person. If you are serious: I found Adam just googling about immigration low for startups. Looking back, I'm happy that I ended up with Adam's email and sent a few questions. Adam was the only lower who answered my email without asking deposit in advance or some consultation fee. Despite the fact we wherein different states, I decided to work with him. This visa was important not only for my startup and me but for my 5 years old autistic son, who was already getting some services in the US and for my wife. Adam collected all information, defined the best strategy, and applied NIW (National Interest Waiver) for my visa. The case he prepared was just perfect. His team also was super helpful and well organized. Thanks to Adam and his firm, I've got a green card. (Just want to underline this was happening 2020, during COVID-19 when it was really challenging to get a visa) He is honest, he is setting the right expectations, and he knows what to do and the best strategy to achieve the goal. Brendan and his team took me through the lengthy process of obtaining permanent residence. During this process, I found him very approachable, and honest in terms of what advice he gives. He does not sugarcoat the situation and give false hopes or expectations. He is very realistic and offers alternative courses of action when faced with obstacles. He guided us accurately and in the end we are happy with the result. I would recommend him.

Both my wife and I had an excellent experience with Brendan Delaney and his team. With his guidance my I-140 (EB-2 NIW) was approved without any problem.
