This firm represented my former partner in a custody case. They repeatedly made basic errors - miscalculating support numbers and simply not understanding the application of law. Their errors significantly added to the conflict between myself and my former partner. I wished she would have had better representation - it would have saved everyone a great deal of heartache.

I am writing to express my gratitude and to commend Mike Goecke and Hunter Daley. They were both professional, compassionate, generous and more than competent. Mr. Goecke did an excellent job presenting our case in court; he was clear, confident and on point. He thought both deeply and creatively about the issues in our case. The depth of Mr. Daley’s knowledge and research was impressive. They worked very well as a team, and brought complementary skills to the problem. They both inspired confidence and gave us thoughtful advice for our legal decisions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

My recent experience working with Mr Hunter Daley and Mr Michael Goecke at The Lerch, Early, & Brewer Law Firm was excellent. Never having hired lawyers before, I didn’t know what to expect. From day one Mr Goecke and Mr Daley were very helpful. I got answers, I heard of numerous options, and I left with a feeling of scope; long and short term options were available. Arguments for my side of the case evolved as time went on and I found that very interesting. It’s not what I had expected, but it made perfect sense. In the court room, Daley and Goecke were a great team. I was impressed by how they both thought on their feet. In addition, obviously, they had to have a vast knowledge of the law, but they could express our side of the argument well enough that I could understand it (without a law degree). At the end of the case, after the Judge ruled in our favor, even he commended these lawyers for their understanding of the law and for the depth and clarity of their arguments.

The website says they will “rise to any challenge” but unfortunately they just fall flat. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. They also refused to provide me information about my own case. Disappointing.

Erin has had my back the entire time through my divorce. She gets back to me, usually, with hours. I felt very strongly that we had a mutually trustful relationship. She trusted that I realistically knew my situation and I trusted her knowledge of the law and opposing counsel. As birds of a feather flock together, I would trust anyone at her firm and all her recommendations.

Beautiful interior, just steps from the Bethesda Metro Station. There are bathrooms, but keep in mind this is a workplace, so they are not public; you need a code to use the bathroom.

Why can they not respond to calls, texts, or emails? Do they only respond to the wealthy clients?

A truly superb law firm. As a property manager I worked with Jeremy Tucker and Ruth Katz on a regular basis for almost 10 years. They helped my clients and I navigate the routine issues facing common ownership communities such as elections, contracts, and collections, as well as truly unique and complex issues like litigation, large insurance claims, and CCOC hearings.
