Mr. Levine communicated very well with us about estate planning, what he recommended and why, and answered all of our questions. He worked with us throughout the crazy COVID-19 situation, and he and his office handled signings in person in a way that made us quite comfortable. Responsive and organized.

Handler and Levine have twice assisted us in the preparation of our advanced medical directives as well as with our respective last will and testaments. On both occasions Marc S. Levine took the lead. We found it necessary to do this a second time as the result of our own changing circumstances. When it became apparent that an update was required we did not hesitate to go back to the firm -- having been perfectly satisfied the first time they did this work for us. On both occasions the experience with Mr. Levine was nonpareile. We were impressed with the attention to detail as various eventualities were laid out and dealt with in careful legal terms. We were also impressed with the respectful and empathetic interactions we had with Mr. Levine and the legal team as we dealt with these sensitive issues. The final documents appear flawless to our eyes. High praise. A final note in these troubled times. Documents of this sort require a wet signature in the presence of witnesses. And given the situation with the Covid-19 virus we have to say that the precautions taken by Mr. Levine and the firm to protect the health of all involved were exemplary when we visited the office for the final signing. We can in all good conscience recommend Mr. Levine and his excellent firm to anyone without qualification or reservation

Marc and all of his staff were excellent. This was the first time my wife I ventured into the world of estate planning, and needed to draft wills, advance directives, and power of attorneys. I would highly recommend Marc for anyone else in this situation. Marc helped explain the process, provided valuable insight and advice based on his experience, and fully answered all of our many questions. I used Marc to prepare my will and medical directive. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable. He didn't push me to prepare anything that wasn't necessary. Very accommodating throughout the process. I highly recommend him.

Marc Levine -- and his assistant, Sandy -- were extremely thorough and prompt in responding to my (many -- I am a lawyer!) questions and requests for changes in our draft estate-planning documents. Especially helpful on which assets need -- and need not -- be titled to a revocable living trust and in coordinating that process with our financial counselors . And readily available to answer follow-up questions after the documents were signed. We are fortunate to have been referred to this Maryland attorney when our out-of-state counsel retired. Marc Levine and his support staff are excellent; they are accessible, punctual, professional in all respects, and do what they say they will. $4K fee for estate plan documents and revocable living trust is quite reasonable. Marc is very timely in scheduling in person meetings and phone consults. His support staff is a pleasure to work with, especially Sandy Brodziski. From start to finish we were done in 4 months, which allowed us 2 months to review documents over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Strongly recommend Mark Levine and his firm for any and all estate planning needs. I am a retired military officer, retired FERS civil servant, and disabled veteran. Wife is retired school teacher, so while not exotic, we cover lots of different bases. We live in Virginia, so were happy to work with Marc.

Mr. Levine has drawn up three wills for me over the course of the last twenty-five years. He knows the right questions to ask, and is incredibly thorough.

My wife and I worked with Marc on our estate planning - creating wills, powers of attorney and health directives for each of us, reworking beneficiary designations, etc.. Having never done this before, we of course had many questions and issues we needed to learn more about. Marc patiently walked us through the process and ensured that we understood the implications of all of the decisions we needed to make along the way. He is very personable and has a great bedside manner (or whatever the legal equivalent would be termed). He and his staff were always professional and timely in their communications and in delivering document drafts. Overall. we have only good things to say about our experience with Marc and would recommend him to others seeking estate planning services. In fact, following the completion of our own estate planning process, I referred my mother to Marc to do her own planning.

We engaged Mr. Levine for estate and trust establishment services. As indicated in the title for this referral, he did everything we might have hoped for to orient us to the process and then to take us through it in a simple and thorough way. His office was prompt and responsive to questions and, in our case, a brief delay originating on our end.
