Attorney Redmond did an excellent job in my case winning a contempt of court petition on my ex who willfully withheld my access to our child and made my child and me go through intense anguish. I had a unique situation of a 5 day merits trial coming up in less than 5 weeks when my attorney (not Mr. Redmond) decided to quit on me. I have emailed, spoke, or interviewed over 30 attorneys in the past few weeks. I can honestly say Mr. Redmond stood out head and shoulders above the crowd. He was the attorney that cared! He stayed with me and kept checking in on me about the case and if I had found a lawyer. Due to governing rules of attorneys in Maryland, Mr. Redmond was very responsible in making sure that he didn't take on more cases than he could handle. When my history case docket is printed, it is at least 75 pages long and is very complex. Mr Redmond dove into my case to see if he could adequately represent me without overcommitting himself. This made unusual circumstances surrounding the retainer agreement. The point is Mr. Redmond had to do some outside-the-box-creative work to accomplish getting paid for his work (rightfully so) and yet not committing to the full case blindly.
