I called Elizabeth Forgotson Goldberg after finding her name on the NAELA website. I wanted some advice about care for my elderly mom. She took half an hour to talk with me and learn about my situation and said she didn't think I needed an attorney for the matter I was concerned with. She demonstrated extensive knowledge not only about Elder Care Law, but the local landscape in regards to care, whether in-home or at a facility. I was struck by her honesty and truly appreciated her time, guidance and suggestions. Mrs. Goldberg will be my first call with any other issues that come up or when the trust becomes an estate after Mom's passing.
