Suzanne Burnett and her staff work diligently to collect and track all the necessary documents and info regarding one’s case. They’re transparent! Always in constant (sometimes daily) communication regarding the status of your claim. They are truly a genuine and honest firm that goes beyond the call of the duty to ensure that their client gets the desired result. I enjoyed working with each of the staffers from top level management on down. Great Team! By the way, they have amazing office snacks.)

The Potter Burnett law firm did for me what other firms couldn’t do they took all the stress and worries away from me. Their staff is very professional, warm and kind. When I walked into Potter Burnett law office I had in mind what my car accident was worth. Potter Burnett Law exceeded that by thousands. they are professional and timely with processes in a legal suit. They literally handled everything for my case. Not sure how they are winning peoole money except by health insurance reimbursement. My lawyer never made sure I was healed or feeling better. Just went in with an offer trying to settle it. I was told not to seek treatment because it would come out of my settlement. I was repeatedly told not to go to the ER or take the Dr recommended cortisone shots. I never thought I would have to fight for myself against my own attorney. They even missed a court date for the woman who hit me, she got two tickets taken off. This place is the worst. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.
