I was extremely satisfied with the representation I received from Randall Herriott. I was going through a very difficult child support/custody case and I hired Randy several months into my case after realizing my first attorney was not getting the job done. During my initial consultation, Randy was both professional and very knowledgeable about family law. My daughter’s father is self-employed and was not being honest about his income. Randy went above and beyond to obtain his true income and I was able to get sole physical custody and more money than I expected for child support for my daughter. I shall forever be grateful and I would definitely recommend Randall Herriott.

This was the second time I've dealt with the law firm I have nothing but great things to say about them. Randy was well prepared willing to help and was ready to take my case on with the ex wife drama.

Randy took on my case with one day to prepare before the hearing. He hit the ground running and was up to speed on even small details necessary to make our case a slam dunk for the sitting judge. I was very impressed with how quickly he honed in on the important details in a long, complicated history with the opposing party. He was also a crack-shot at cross-examining a witness who has been described by professionals as a "master manipulator." Her tactics at misinformation and creating confusion were completely thwarted by Randy's pointed and relevant questions. He was also great at guiding me through my own testimony, keeping me on track to ensure the court was presented with a clear and honest assessment of the situation. I was so relieved to have him in my corner.

Attorney Randall Herriott is without doubt the best representation you can obtain. From day one he was very in tune with every aspect of the case which took over a year to conclude because of previous counsel not taking the initiative to finish this case in a timely manner. This includes time away from my child who I was fighting for and was losing hope until FINALLY being introduced to Mr. Herriott. He took over where everything had been in limbo and controlled the positive and very progressive reunification between my child and myself. I never questioned my recommendation that my sister secure your firm’s services and your personal representation of her in this matter. If it were my situation, your firm would have been the firm of choice and your personal representation a condition of that choice. An outstanding firm and an outstanding attorney! Mr. Randall Herriott is the attorney of choice for Family, Divorce, and Property settlement matters. When I realized that my marriage was ending and that I was going to need legal representation, I met with Randy Herriott. From our initial meeting through my final judgment of divorce I always felt well represented and comfortable in an otherwise unpleasant situation. Although family law can be emotional, in my opinion it is essential to approach the situation from a business perspective as it is a very complex legal matter. My divorce involved child custody, substantial marital assets, as well as other several factors that needed to be considered. I always felt that Randy and his staff were looking out for my best interest throughout the process. With any legal situation there are ups and downs along the way as well as periods of uncertainty. At the end of the process, I was 100% satisfied with the result. The agreement that was reached provided for my children's best interest 1st and foremost. It also protected my financial well being so that I am able to rebuild very quickly without an excessive financial burden to my ex wife of nearly 20 years.
