I highly recommend Josephine Lynch and her office of associates. They thoroughly handled all legal matters regarding my divorce and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. There was always a clear line of communication between her and I. Ms. Susannah in the front office always made sure to call me with updates and made sure I successfully received email correspondence. She truthful while understanding that this was a rough time for me. She setup mediation for me and my ex-wife. She negotiated will on my behalf. She stood up to the opposing lawyer and even called her associate in the middle of the negotiating session and had her further breakdown how she came up with the numbers she did, it was awesome. I always felt that she had my best interest at heart and I can't stress enough how pleased I am with the outcome. Again, I highly recommend Ms. Josephine Lynch and her law office.

Ms. Lynch recently handled my divorce. I found her and her staff to be both responsive to my needs and more than competent. She ensured that I understood each step of the process and negotiated well on my behalf against my ex-wife’s attorney. Her strong presence went a long way in managing what would have been a stressful negotiation. I came away confident that I had the better legal representation of the two attorneys and I am quite pleased with the outcome.

terrible service. Upon first meeting, she was very pleasant and straight forward. She came recommended from staff at the courthouse. So I decided to hire her as my divorce lawyer. My first two appearances in court, she didn't show. She sent a "stand in." When we would meet I had to refresh her memory about my divorce/custody case. In the end, Mrs. Lynch lost to my husband, who represented himself....he's a HVAC technician, no knowledge of the legal system. In court she turned to me and said, "the judge doesn't like you...do you know her." I thought maybe it was your lack of dedication and preparation to my case that the judge didn't like. Her punctuality showed up when it was time to collect payment

Visited to seek assistance on the next steps/options for a separation. She pretty much took my money, blew me off, and said go work it out. I also watched her door-ding my car without so much as a mention.
