Maybe this will get him to return my call without charging me? Case closed in January. It's May but I'm still getting charged? Mail box full?

We were a client of Joe Capristo. He lost everything. I was very disappointed since he charged my family alot of money and nothing came out of any of it.

I was very fortunate to have Mr. Sean Moran represent me as a defendant on what I felt to be a baseless DV case. The trial ended with an acquittal on all charges after the close of evidence and without even the need to cross examine the “witness”. Mr. Moran brings a wealth of knowledge with his substantial experience as both a prosecutor and a public defender. What this means is that he knows his way around the court room, he knows how to defend you, and he knows what to expect and what to look out for in doing so and not letting other attorneys manipulate the system. What I appreciated the most is that, in addition to Mr. Moran’s wealth of knowledge, Mr. Moran brings his wisdom and sound judgement. What this means is that he knows how to set realistic expectations while being cognizant of risks, he knows how to represent you ethically and competently, and he knows how to see the situation from multiple viewpoints. He is rhetorically aware and knows how to balance the concepts of too much and too little. These are skills that are not taught, but rather developed over an extended period of time, and is one of the reasons that I would absolutely recommend Mr. Moran for your legal needs, as he will take the time to empathize with and understand your situation.

Joseph Capristo is a fraud who was disbarred and lost his law license at the Court of Appeals of Maryland. He put phony attorney fees so to create false judgements on me. You are wise to stay far away from this lawyer. He only harms.

Joe Capristo took all of my hard earned money, every dime that I saved up over the years and all he did was tear my children apart from their family. I do not recommend this attorney.

Retracting my 5 star review. After Shawn left things went downhill. No one has bothered to contact me about a new case after several attempts. No email or phone calls, nothing. Even though I was a PAYING client in the past. Like another review said. They treat you like a nuisance. Edit: The lawyers help me work on my case. Even if you're financially stuck, I recommend a consultation with them.

Harris & Capristo has been the Greatest law firm I ever used. Joe Capristo has been my lawyer for the last five years dealing with child custody. I have now used him on three different cases and words can't explain how great he does. He is very good at what he does and he puts all his effort into doing his job!!!! The staff does a good Job and is very good at communication. If you need a attorney for anything give them a call, deafly would recommend. I'm very satisfied so I will be using them in the future as a attorney.
