Seems like an opportunist who doesn't do his due diligence and wants to take advantage of people by any means necessary. He tried to buy my home in tax sale and when I explained to him the cities mistake he immediately emailed me back and said that he is pushing forward with the forclosure. I would be very scared if he every rightfully has your home in a tax sale as he seems as if he is an opportunist predator and not a reasonable human being.

This law office is a pitiful excuse for a business. Their practices are illegitimate and they constantly spam you with mail and calls in order to collect a debt, but can’t even keep up with the balances after payments have been made. The woman that you talk to on the phone, Cecilia Ryan, is probably the most rude and unprofessional person in all of Maryland. Please avoid this law firm, if you can. I don’t know how they’re still in business when they can’t even do their jobs correctly. I would give 0 stars if I could.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM, POOR COMMUNICATION AND NEVER SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH SCOTT AND HE PROCEEDED TO STILL FILE MY INVESTMENT LIENS WHEN I NEVER CONFIRMED USING HIS SERVICE AND WAS CHARGED FOR THIS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!

Great attorney for representing investors for tax lien lawsuits in MD. I have used another attorney before and he is faster. And the process is cleaner.

Not what I was expecting from a lawyer. Typos all over the filing, wrong parties listed, wrong addresses, incapable of reaching interested parties, etc. This guy is pathetic.

This guy is a complete piece of trash. He looks for people to miss one payment to file a tax lien against them and their property. He will file a civil lawzuit on behalf of a plaintiff that resides at the exact same business address as his law firm. Not suspicious at all right? This is the absolute low of the low right here with this sad excuse of a human.

Easy process. He keeps you informed. He responds to email usually within a few minutes to an hour or two.

This guy searches for people's homes who have missed a tax etc payment and swoops in and tries to steal the property for half its value. Tax sale scammer. Only way to get out of the predicament is to pay his ridiculous legal fees. We paid our mortgage off, paid 33 yrs of property taxes on time. Inadvertently missed ONE. This is how he makes a living??? Profiting off others' hardships and misfortunes And his office is across the street from a church ...the irony. Shame on him.

They called me yesterday, June 2, 2016, trying to collect an eye examine bill payed in full March 29, 2016. When I insisted the bill had been payed and settled in full she insisted it wasn't. This went back and forth for awhile I told her she needs to get her act together she eventually hung up on me. I latter called her back she said I was rude for telling her to get her act together well sorry but I think it's rude and possibly unlawful to harass someone to pay a debt that doesn't exist. By the way she hung up on ne a second time. I have my records and receipts sitting next to me and I called the Doctors office which says I have no outstanding debt with them. I would like an apology for being accused repeatedly of not telling the truth.
