“This guy searches for people's homes who have missed a tax etc payment and swoops in and tries to steal the property for half its value. Tax sale scammer. Only way to get out of the predicament is to pay his ridiculous legal fees.”

The woman that you talk to on the phone, Cecilia Ryan, is probably the most rude and unprofessional person in all of Maryland.”
