Susan is great at helping her clients. I'm more than satisfied that I asked Susan for help to apply for my GC. She is very patient, helpful, available to answer any questions, and proactive in applying for whatever visa case you're applying for. She was very quick to respond when I first reached out as compared to other consultants, who barely replied or responded in time. She charges very reasonable fees as well and is worth the effort she puts in. I got my GC pretty quickly as Susan made all the efforts to prepare a good case. I recommend her if you want to apply for GC/citizenship.
