Susan was an amazing person to work with. From our first consultation regarding my current status, she gave me the confidence that she will make sure to get it right. I appreciated how thoroughly she prepared me to a point where there can seemingly be no evident mistakes no matter how small it could be. Susan effectively communicated and made sure the documentations were filled correctly, and checked all the boxes to make sure it was perfect. By perfect, I mean it in a way where she is very specific about the documentations that she requests. While my first experience with the documents and immigration were overwhelming and confusing, she made sure to address any of the questions that I may have had and allow me to feel assured that everything is going to go well. The end result of the case was satisfactory and a huge relief. All this would not have been possible without Susan.
