Decent people but always something going on. I wasn’t able to have shielding as the woman who was taking my info did not hand me the secondary required form after requesting shielding

The secretary is nasty I mean nasty . I called because I have information on my case that will actually clear my name completely and the other person can be charged with perjury for lying to the police. I called and asked to talk to someone and she’s very rude and is like well no one is assigned to your case so you will just have to wait ! I have another attorney handling a nothing case it’s civil Pam dukes and I showed her my evidence and she’s like ooo you need to show the public defender these .but you can’t get ahold of anybody and the lady who answers the phone is like ooooo well !!

Slow and terrible way of talking to people

Ms. Keogh is knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and exceptional. She does not promise what she can not deliver! She gives you all the possible outcomes and works closely with you to strategize! Having worked with several big-name Attorneys in the past in one of the largest cities in the US, my expectations were high and Ms. Keogh not only met them but exceeded them. Her costs were reasonable. Her performance in the court room was perfect! I highly recommend her!!!! Additionally, I was appalled by the previous review! Isn’t it interesting that the review was made by an anonymous person?! Having had first hand representation experience with Ms. Keogh, I attach my name to this review because this review is legitimate!!! Ms. Keogh is the only attorney I will ever use on the Eastern Shore!

MS. KEOgh represents as a excellent attorney on consult. Very dissatisfied with service. Poor follow through with correspondence with client,communicates possible outcomes and intentions and none where met. Very unprofessional with States Attorney states comments as if client is not important,seems like she rushes cases to get to the next. The cost was not the service I received.
