Ron Schwartz is a lawyer's lawyer. He doesn't have fancy offices or expensive prices just an amazing knowledge of the law. Our Son had two Title IX Complaints filed against him with the University of Maryland from another Student. As a Family we disagreed with the Complaint. The Charges filed were of a serious nature and could have lead to an expulsion from the College and would negatively effect his academic and professional career for his future. Ron planned and prepared a defense for us, prepared and filed several documents, and represented our Son in each of the investigations and hearings. His knowledge and additional interpretation of the Student Code of Conduct assisted us in having all of the charges dropped and it was determined there were no violations. We had felt our Son was treated unfairly in the investigation.
