The reason for 5 stars is because Victor has handled a few of my cases since I was 16 until a few years ago and always helped me win the case traffic/criminal and even gave me a great price when I didn’t have enough money and others wanted way more.Thr only thing I didn’t like was I called his office a few weeks ago to see if Victor could help me with a property damage issue I’m having and who ever the 2 females I spoke with took my information down and told me if I wasn’t injured they couldn’t help but she was going to check with Victor and get back to me and i never received a call,email or anything which is disappointing,and I know Victor always will let you know “hey I can do this or I can’t “ or he will point you in the right direction!

These people are very sorry. I emailed them yesterday about a free consult for 10 minutes and they did not contact me back yesterday and I will not be ever using them. I don’t care if they tried to want to call me back now I’m not gonna answer after a different people

Mr.McCollum was extremely rude and condescending. I called and left a message with the receptionist stating that I was referred by someone and wanted to schedule a consult. When Mr. McCollum called me back he did not sound pleasant on the phone at all, almost as if he didn’t want to be bothered.

Very professional firm and concerned about their clients.

Totally unprofessional. The owner called me while he was chewing and smacking on the phone. I totally understand folks get hungry, but either eat first or eat after, but not during a call to a potential client. I lost interest in them having to represent. Then he acted like I was bothering him or doing him a favor.
