If you are looking for an estate attorney, whether your estate is large or small, simple or complicated, I highly recommend Andre McDonald and the Mc Donald Law Firm. I recently had the occasion to use the McDonald Law Firm for a small estate that had some minor complications due to the fact the deceased did not have an estate prior to death. Mr. McDonald met with me several times over the phone for information gathering and then set up the face to face meeting. Every document, every filing, every notice was prepared, laid out and explained clearly. At the same time, Mr. McDonald prepared a living trust for me with the same meticulous precision he used when he prepared the estate. I have complete confidence, due to Mr. McDonald's in depth knowledge of estate law on every level that the estate will be settled cleanly and quickly and my Trust will provide exactly what I want upon my passing. Do not settle for anything less than the excellence provided by Andre McDonald, his team and the McDonald Law Firm.

Had an excellent and professional experience with this law firm. We went there to redo our will and Mr. McDonald explained the trust process to us and redid our will in that form. He was very organized and professional and explained in detail what he was doing. At the end of the process, he sent us a detail next steps letter to ensure that our JRLT was properly acknowledged. He has a pleasant and welcoming manner and did not make us feel confused as neither one of us are lawyers and needed explanations for the process. We would use the services of his firm again.

I contacted Mr. McDonald's Law Firm late November to schedule a consultation for my estate planning. A week later, I met with him virtually for the consultation and he was extremely patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. He explained the entire process in great detail and was very transparent. A week and a half later, I went to his office to sign the documents for my Revocable Trust. The entire process, from beginning to end was quick, painless, and informative.
