I'm assuming it's not just me when deciding to talk to a lawyer you feel confused, worried, and aimless. Mr. Coover did an excellent job clearly laying out, in plain, easy to follow English, where we stood, what our options were, and what we could expect. I would advise anyone who is on the fence about talking to a lawyer to at least go in for a consultation.

A sink hole was discovered at the base of our porch, steps and sidewalk. We hired a contractor based on a professional recommendation – what a mistake! When we first met with Mr. Coover, he listened as we explained our situation, asked questions and assured us that he would not only represent us, but guided us in the steps that needed to be taken prior to any further action against the contractor. In simple words, Mr. Coover and his team were the answer to our prayers. He and his staff are professional, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to talk to about anything. He guided us through court, mediation, arbitration and was the consummate lawyer at all times. He was also extremely down to earth, which is what was needed during all of the extremely anxious legal moments. We would highly recommend Mr. Coover and his associates to anyone who is in need of legal assistance.

Chip and his team supported me through a two-year long real estate lawsuit (that we won and collected on), offering great service, strategy and execution every step of the way. While I hope to never need the services of a litigation attorney again, if I do, Chip will be my first call. Highly recommended!!!

Spent an introductory 45 minutes with Mr. Coover about a property issue I am having. While there is not much he could do at this point he did point in me a more wait and see direction (which helped me to relax a little bit.) Also, he affirmed that the work I had done solicited a good response. Overall, Mr. Coover was very easy to talk to and I liked the analogies he offered. (Good psychology!)
