I had to contact Lloyd after being rear-ended on Rte 100. This wasn't first time having to deal with legal representation and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of this practice. I had to do minimal work while he negotiated on my behalf. I have completed my case today and I need services like this again, hopefully notn o will be happy to come back and request him to represent me.

Joe Maher from Weinberg was awesome! He was caring, professional, relentless in the negotiations and he understood the daunting issues that faced me. He also seemed very well respected at the court house, on good terms with clerks and judges. Unlike my previous lawyers, they seemed to have no rapport with the court! I had to switch Lawyers several thousand dollars into my divorce. I went with a friends recommendation to go with Joe. This probably was the best decision I could have made. I would have not had the same outcome with the other firm for sure!

Amos represented consistently since my separation, divorce, and non-stop litigation that my ex-husband filed against me over the past several years. One of these matters eventually and recently found its way to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Amos put together a very well-written, thoughtful, and strong brief that rebutted all of my ex's argument. He got completely prepared for oral argument on short notice after my ex delayed and then refused to withdraw the appeal. The Court of Special Appeals ruled in our favor in only two weeks. My uncle, an attorney in San Francisco, referred me to a Towson based law firm, which subsequently referred me to W&S. The referring firm mentioned two associates at W&S by name, one of which was Amos Whitney. When I first consulted with W&S, it was with the other referred associate. I hired that associate, but he moved to another state during the early stages of my divorce proceedings. The prior associate recommended Amos Whitney to take over. The three of us met, and I knew straight away Amos was the right person to see my case through. He quickly came up to speed on my situation, and we developed a strategic roadmap to hopefully settle my divorce in the best possible manner. He was well versed in the law and was able to clearly communicate the realities of my situation. This allowed us to stay on the same page and remain focused on the target end result. I needed an attorney who was tough yet empathetic to what was happening in my life. As soon as I met Amos Whitney I knew he was the perfect Attorney to represent me. What began as a straight-forward, uncontested, absolute divorce with only a separation of assets and no children involved; turned into a night mare to the point of having to secure protective orders for both my daughter and me. I recommend Weinberg & Schwartz without reservation. They were amazing during what turned out to be a very challenging divorce in 2015. I met with other firms and each bragged about their tough litigators and win ratios. I didn't want a war since there was a child involved and eventually, they end up being collateral damage. The environment at W&S was so much different. I met with Marni Schwartz and was sold after 30 minutes. She was competent, confident and had a perfect mix of toughness and compassion. A PO was filed against me based completely on lies. I am the sole custodian of my children and their custody was taken away from me on the spot just like this, based on false accusations. We have won the temporary hearing, the PO was denied. My children returned home to me. Amos kicked the butt of my ex during the hearing, was persistent in getting our case heard by the judge, in spite of the fact that the court was about to shut down due to the weather. One word: he is an amazing attorney, so worth the money spent!!

The firm was responsive to my needs and completed the work effectively and efficiently.
