My annulment case is unusual for the state of Maryland, but Jayson and his team took the case and handled it fantastically. When we arrived at court Jayson kept me calm and when we were before the bench Jayson stated my case professionally and in detail, so the court understood my position, thus getting this rare annulment passed. I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Jayson Soobitsky if you have need of representation for family law matters.

One of their attorneys Beth Rogers: (1) claimed a draft agreement that allowed a party out for financing reasons could be used to get out for other reasons instead of editing it, (2) made C&D claims for parties she did not represent, (3) made an error in the legal standard for judicial review in a court filing and didn't correct it, (4) claimed another attorney told her something would take 48 hours but minutes later the other attorney said less than a day and never provided evidence for 48 hour claim, (5) may have failed to recognize an opportunity for her client to make a Qui Tam claim. If this is the type of attorney you want, she would be awesome. Response to June 5 comments. Nowhere do I exoress negative opinion of the attorney personally herein. I provided factual information about their work. Which I can provide copies of to anyone who asks.

The wisdom beyond that of an attorney is amazing, you definitely get what you pay for. He unlike other attorneys I've dealt with has the children's experience through the divorce process at heart, he certainly isn't the one attempting to create the arguments that cause a prolonged experience resulting in additional expenses, no divorce is inexpensive but the long term result was not unfavorable to either side. I have and will continue to recommend Jayson to anyone wanting to preserve there sanity through a very stressful process.

Helped me to Create a Will ensuring minor child who I had recently won Full Custody of with no visitation for other parent was protected in Will if anything were to happen to me while he was still a Minor (Naming a Guardian, giving Guardian access to set $ amount from my Life Insurance to deal with final arrangements—also spelled out in Will so no one would have decisions to make & to cover legal expenses if necessary for child to declare emancipation from other parent if they contested Will) and all other issues no matter my age when I died. Also developed a Financial Durable Power of Attorney for me in the case that I ever became unable to manage my own finances either temporarily for a short serious illness or injury OR long term serious illness or injury. (I already had a Comprehensive Health Care Proxy in place) or he would have Developed this as well. He asked me many questions to consider that I never would have included had I just completed a form Will on-line. He really cared that our Family’s needs were settled without question. Also, Registered with County Office of Wills for nothing more than the Court Administration Fees. Highly recommend for any family matters. I happened to use other Lawyers who share same Office Space for Family Court Matters as I met one of them in Court.
