We used Jessica Gorsky to create our Trust and she blew us away with her professionalism and vast knowledge of Trust law. Jessica took the time to explain every detail and we had a LOT of questions. She walked my husband and I through the entire process and provided valuable guidance that you would expect to get when planning your future for yourself, your spouse and your children. She helped coordinate numerous calls communicating crucial information between us, our financial institution and her law firm. She anticipated questions, was proactive throughout the entire process and was fully transparent regarding prices which were very reasonable. She has also been readily accessible to answer questions months after we finalized our Trust. We were provided with both hard and electronic copies. There were absolutely NO glitches. Helpful, kind and professional

When our father died, he left, as people do, an estate that needed settling. There were many (many, many, many) complex issues and challenges with past records and documentation. Upon recommendation from another attorney, we began working with Jessica Gorsky and her assistant Amy Preiss. Three and half years later, as we finally close down this estate, I thank the lucky stars for Jessica and Amy! Jessica figured out the complex puzzle of the estate's LLCs, diligently crossed every T and dotted every I in problem after problem that emerged, and graciously and generously answered any question me and my siblings had, always treating us with respect, professionalism and kindness. While I hope others don't have an estate as complex as ours was, regardless, I'd still recommend Jessica and her team at WTP.
