I was extremely worried to apply for my naturlization due to some of criminal charge on my record. I was not able to make decision whether to apply for naturlization or not. I read Naima's reviews on AVVO and decided to meet with her. Thanks to GOD I made the right decision and hired Naima. It is due to Naima I am a USC and now Naima is working on my spouse's I130. I highly recommend Naima for all immigration cases.

Where do I begin?! I am an American Citizen who just happen to fall in love with an Egyptian that just so happen to overstayed his K-1 Visa. He did not marry the intended because she was represented falsely by her step-father. When I married my husband I thought that he would be ok because me being a US Citizen he would automatically receive a new card and Visa. I was so wrong. I found out the hard way that it was going to be a very long road in order to get my husband squared away and to so that we could live a life together. Finding work was hard for my husband. He didn't have a Green Card so how would he find work? We lived in horrible conditions on my income alone at first. I didn't get paid very much and I had a daughter from a previous relationship to raise. Money was scarce. We began trying to get my husband to stay in the US, had seen several lawyers and dished out $1,000's of consultation fees which was money we didn't exactly have. A couple of lawyers lied to us never telling us the process only that it would be fine and to pay now, pay now! I have never been so stressed out in all my life. It was during this difficult time that I was 5 months pregnant with out miraculous first baby. We were expecting a little boy. MyMy husband had a few scares where we thought he was going to be picked up and deported. Because my anxiety was so high and I was stressed out about losing my husband, we loss our baby boy! I was an emotional mess. Nothing seemed to be going right for us. We kept spiraling down hill out of control, out of time, out of money, and out of favors. It is that at this moment Allah must've decided we were ready and had enough. I feel that Naima, and her daughter Urayna was sent by Allah. Our friend told us about Naima and stated that she was tough and that she will fight for us. When I first met her I thought she is very tough, straight to the point and she did not feel our heads with lies and fairytales. She told us the absolute truth. She let us know that she would help us and that it was not going to be easy but she would fight for us. I felt really good about meeting Naimah. Because of the past lawyers, my husband was a bit skeptical and rubbed Naima ah the wrong way. After all, he insulted her intelligence as a professional trying to help us out. I thought I loss her too. My husband and I argued, and we cried. But I had to put my foot down as a wife, and a mother who wanted to protect her family at all cost. I told my husband I WANT TO HIRE NAIMAH!! I KNOW SHE CAN DO IT FOR US!!!! He thought about it and said ok. I told my husband that I communicate better. That he was so stressed out, I wanted to do what was needed. Leave it up to Naimah and I and I know Naima will secure our future. Naima got the ball rolling in October 2013. All paperwork Naima told me she needed, I got them! We passed our interview, then we needed approval for his unlawful presence waiver. Naima and Urayna got the ball rolling. The waiver got suspended because they needed more information and more documentation. This news had me going out of my mind. I know we provided everything they needed. I was sure of it. Naima checked the packet, what could've happened? I was so scared and so nervous. I don't want to my family to break up. What they requested Naima had already had it in the packet. She reshuffled the packet, and added tabs to help them find what they were requesting. Then in 2014 his waiver got APPROVED!!!!! That was a relief. We now waited for the final steps and that was for my husband to get his interview date in his country. We were approved at the interview. I appreciate Naima, Urayna, and their staff for all their hard work.Naima is very professional, and never tries to paint a pretty picture for you to hire her. She lets you know that it can be hard but we will get through it. I thank her and her daughter for their patience and for giving me back my family

I initiated my husband's waiver process with another firm a couple of years ago, with minimal results. Such a waste of time and resources. However, we received Naima M. Said's contact information through a dear friend who's success story compelled us to reach out to her office. Within months, she was able to piece together a solid case for hardship. I was guided step-by-step to attain all pertinent documentation and we just received the wonderful update my husband's I-601 A waiver has been APPROVED! I will be forever grateful to Naima A. Said and her staff, and we are just excited for the opportunity to bring our immigration journey to a happy ending in the coming months.
100% Recommendation to anyone needing immigration resolution.

Mrs. Said and her legal team took my case in 2013. I had tried other law firms but I was tired of getting runarounds. This has been the best experience considering the level of stress that comes with this cases. I was in the process of filling for permanent residence but I had some prior arrests that made my case extremely complicated. Mrs. Naima Said and her amazing team of legal experts reviewed my case and agreed to represent me. For such an accredited lawyer as Mrs. Said, her legal fees as surprisingly affordable without compromise of the service offered. Mrs. Said takes time with her client personally even with her busy schedule. She offers the best legal advice and gathers as much evidence as possible to make your case strong. Her level of preparedness in the courtroom is just amazing. With this team on my side I could walk to the courthouse with total confidence knowing that am well represented. The level of professionalism of the staff is outstanding. The staff always ensure that the client is well prepared before any appearance be it to the court or a regular uscis interview. Deborah and Uraynab just to name a few are the most kind and patient legal professions that I ever dealt with. In June of 2016 I walked into the courtroom with Mrs. Said by my side without any doubt that my case was being handled by the best lawyer to ever do it and with her facts straight, she won the case and I was granted permanent residence against all odds. I can just go on and on about how amazing my experience was but I recommend picking up the phone and making the call that will change your life.

I applied for an adjustment of status, based on the DV lottery. I came to US as a F1 student, and won the DV Lottery. My case number was high, and I was only able to apply starting in August, when the deadline was September 30th. In just two months, I had to prepare all the documents, pay the application fees, get the receipts, submit the documents, get an appointment to get fingerprinted, actually get fingerprinted, get an appointment for an interview, and have the interview. Not to mention that all communication to the USCIS and Kentucky Embassy were via mail (hint, that's slow!). All of that in less than two months! (If you have no idea what I'm talking about, read online and you'll find out that it takes people several months, up to two years to get all of this done!)
I would have never been able to do all of that by myself. Now I'm a permanent resident since September 16th, 2015. All thanks to Naima!

Although I saw Naima at a social event, I never knew what she did for a living until she was recommended to me by an acquaintance, and I was lucky to have contacted her and contracted her legal services. By all means, humble personality with a strong character, dedicated to her work, knowledgeable and down to earth. Her strength is supported by courteous and accommodating professional team. They kept me in the loop, well informed of all events as they arise; by email and by phone. Counselor Naima Said and her team delivered beyond my expectation, and above all, at reasonable fees, that I believe no other firm in Maryland would have matched; a coworker of mine, who recommended that I see another lawyer, end-up hiring her for legal services few months later. Naima petitioned guardianship and adjustment of status for my two nieces at a Maryland Civil Court, and Permanent Residency with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, and she was able to get all that accomplished in less than a year!! That was done without any hidden costs or additional fees. First visit consultation fee was deducted from the total fee, followed by a down payment, and thereafter by monthly fees until the remaining balance was paid in full. That by itself was very comforting.
Even when a certain form required to be resubmitted to the Civil Court, Naima and her staff met with me on a Saturday afternoon in order to fill and re-submit the new form on Monday. All I have to say to this experience, and to each member of this Law Firm, wow and thank you. Naima has earned my trust that other lawyers fail to gain. I have and will continue to recommend Naima to friends and associates whenever asked, and will render her Law Firm services as needed.

Ms. Said is a true professional with a great team of knowledgeable staff members that helped us with our situation . She and her teams passion for what they do for others was remarkable . My family was treated with respect and honesty through the entire process . Ms. Said made herself personally available for any and all questions that we had along the way , which relieved any anxieties that we might have had otherwise . Her positive attitude and constant reassurance made this process totally stress free. My wife and I would recommend Ms. Said and her team of professionals to anyone in need of an immigration or family lawyer . My family will be eternally grateful for what Ms. Said has done for us .
