Jeannette Westcott is a FANTASTIC realtor and I would use her again and again. She has been the buyer's agent for two home purchases in my family and in both cases, without a doubt, we feel that the recommendations that she gave us regarding the purchase price/escalation clauses are the EXACT reason that we ended being the offer chosen. In one of our home buying experiences she contacted the sellers agent to let them know we wanted to view, found out that they were reviewing offers that day, and specifically said to the seller's agent that she would recommend waiting to review the offers until that afternoon as she felt it was highly likely that we were going to put in an offer (which we did). She moved our showing time up and was able to get the offer to the sellers agent within 2 hours of us seeing the home. Her speed, efficacy, and forethought made it so that we were able to be moved in and settled just in time to welcome our little one a short couple months later. She came highly recommended by a dear friend whom I have known professionally for decades, and his referral was an excellent one. I continue to recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who is thorough, is top of their game, and who knows the ins and outs of the market. She gets to know her buyers & sellers, really hones in on the needs/wants and she also makes herself available often going well above and beyond. You will not go wrong working with Jeannette when you are looking to buy or sell a home. 07/2024 Update- The star rating is not changing, but I do have some updates. Jeanette continues to be a resource even 3 years after the purchase of our home. I have had multiple opportunities to reach out to her as a resource for names of contractors/trades people that she recommends/utilizes. I have received referrals for electricians, plumbers, painters, and GCs. Without fail, her recommendations are prompt, are honest, reasonably priced, and even in some rare instances where someone didn't get back to us right away, Jeanette handled it personally. Jeanette responds quickly to requests for help even now and she obviously and genuinely cares. Working with Jeanette means you have a partner not just during the sale/purchase of a home but for all of those things you may need as an owner.

Jeannette was a dream to work with! After switching to Jeannette it was such a relief and felt like she had everything under control. She had a tight timeline to give my house a facelift which she stuck to (and made sure I knew all prices upfront). Once she had it staged, it looked like a brand new place!
