My family was going through a difficult time when my 96 year old dad broke his hip the day before Thanksgiving this year. Unfortunately his health declined quickly and we didn't know what to do to take care of our 91 year old mother. We contacted P. A. Lundy & Associates and Attorney Paulette Lundy was able to help us quickly but not only that, assure us that we were not alone and that made all of the difference for me and my 5 siblings in carrying out our dad's final wishes. Ms. Lundy helped decipher the legal jargon of a complicated Life Estate deed to a property which I and my siblings inherited and were all named on. As the Grantee of the Life Estate she made certain my rights as an equal heir were protected when drawing up the Sales Agreement between all of the siblings. She answered every question I had and explained everything thoroughly. Her expertise in the field of estates, deeds and properties was a real comfort to me and I knew I made the right choice when choosing her to represent me. I would recommend her to anyone who is dealing with a Life Estate or any complicated inherited property especially where multiple parties are involved. She is just THE BEST!

I attended a free Estate Planning Seminar @ Heritage Community Church in Severn, Md. I was very impressed with Paulette Lundy. It was easy to make an appointment. Her office staff was kind and respectful. My meeting with her was informative and I hired her to complete my Estate Plan. I made a very wise decision. The process can be daunting, but she made it a good experience.
